And somehow, we lucked out on being assigned to Eric Galliani. He was nothing less than superb. We did all our negotiating by phone and email, as we live 125 miles away, and knew exactly what we wanted. Eric was amazingly responsive with what we needed, both by email, phone and text. Not pushy, but straightforward and was more about serving our needs, than selling us a vehicle. A pleasure to be sure. We love our Pilot and the purchase experience was made all the more smooth by Eric's demeanor, personality and patience were refreshing. We enjoyed the whole of experience of working with him. We'll definitely recommend him, and the dealership, to others. My only negative was Cory, one of the finance managers. Not my favorite. While he wasn't pushy, he did "sell" us on an extended warranty. I severely dislike the "old school" method of this kind of car dealership technique, i.e. they ask you on the spot, in the office and before you can drive the car home, you have to make a decision. And for us, it was $3,000 extra! Money we didn't plan on spending. Right now I'm looking at how to cancel and get a refund from Honda Care. I highly doubt in that timeframe we'll spend more than $3,000. That being said, the actual car-buying and learning the features of our new Pilot from Eric were delightful! More

Walked us into the showroom, provided us with coffee and rolls, advised he would return once our vehicle was completed. Asked us if we would like our car washed, which we did. He was very helpful in asking questions and answering any questions that we had about our vehicle. He also introduced us to Eric Galliani who we may be talking with regarding our 4th Honda. Honda is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee who truly cares about his customers, hang on to him. We have always been treated well at Honda, may be why we have purchased 3 SUVs within 10 years. Seth also took care of our bill for our oil change, again, going above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you so much Seth for your genuine concern and caring about us. More
