Eric was very nice and courteous. This was our fourth purchase of a KIA! 2 in Belleville, 1 in Ofallon and now this one in Shiloh, staff and auto body are always very nice as well. Shady place to say the least . totally unprofessional people at the service department childish lazy store general manager setting in his office with his feet on his desk playing o totally unprofessional people at the service department childish lazy store general manager setting in his office with his feet on his desk playing on his phone when there is issues going on with his employees and customers buying cars having issues with them. I told the salesman and finance both that I only wanted to be financed through Kia one and done. Do not run my name to any other financing without my permission. They ran my name through other finance companies after I clearly asked them twice not to when I bought the car. It was supposed to come with two key fobs, but one of the irresponsible salesman lost a second key fob so I was told at that time to come back to the service desk two days later and they would program a key fob when I came back to have the key fob programmed. I went to the service desk where I was told to go explain to the guy behind the service desk that I’ve been waiting a half hour and I was there to have a key fob programmed for a car. I bought that one of the key fobs was lost. He promptly threw a fit, saying that I was acting like an entitled, customer yelling and acting childish in front of other customers while the general manager of this store just sat in his office with his feet on his desk, playing on his phone instead of coming out talking to his employee about the way he’s talking to customers that are buying cars from the dealership. I will never ever buy a car from this car lot again or recommend anybody to go there as I said shady to say the least I am going to seek legal action against financing for running my name more than once as I ask them not to do more than once, there was no reason for it. My credit score was almost 800 instead of dropping the price on a car to get somebody a reasonable rate they wanna run your name 100 times so they get the maximum amount of money you get a higher interest rate and a higher car payment not how a business should be ran at all More
