I had an outstanding experience buying a new KIA K5 from Auffenberg KIA. We live 160 miles away and needed to trade our Chevy Malibu in so we needed to work out a deal over the phone with pictures. I talked to 3 other remote dealers and Auffenberg offered the best trade and seemed determined to earn my business. We had a deal sheet worked out before we ever left for the dealership. When we arrived, there were no surprises. The deal was just as discussed. The whole dealership experience was outstanding. Their dealership and showroom are VERY impressive - one of the nicest I have ever seen. If you are looking for a new KIA or in the market for a nice used vehicle you should DEFINITELY talk to Auffenberg KIA, and be sure to ask for Justin or Eric, or just walk in. Everyone there was extremely nice and courteous and not pushy whatsoever. I would DEFINITELY buy from them again! More

Quick and easy experience. Got in and sat immediately. The salesman Eric seemed he cared for the customer. We told them we are set in this price and are not moving from it, yet they continued to push disregarding what the customer wanted. If i wasn’t in dire need for the vehicle that would’ve caused me to go to a different dealership. But in the end it was quick and we were out in 2 hours. I would buy from them again. More
