I reached out to Silver Star Motors after another car deal (disaster) fell through. They had the exact SUV I was looking for, newer year, higher trim package, and lower miles than the other one I was con deal (disaster) fell through. They had the exact SUV I was looking for, newer year, higher trim package, and lower miles than the other one I was considering at a better price. After reaching out to them, Oganes was very responsive to all of my questions. I made an appt to visit yesterday afternoon and met with Eric. This was a completely no pressure, no stress, excellent car buying experience. Eric let me test drive the car on my own. There is no negotiating on the price, but they are at wholesale prices, extend the savings to their customers, and had just dropped the price on the SUV I was interested in that day. GREAT pricing! They had already provided me with out the door pricing, no hidden fees, so I knew what to expect. The SUV was immaculate, freshly detailed, in like new condition, and still under factory warranty. Eric was personable, professional, efficient, and walked me through the forms for my purchase. I was in and out the door in about an hour and a half, including a long test drive, stopping at my bank, and asking a lot of questions. I am so happy with my new car and would highly recommend Oganes, Eric, and the team at Silver Star Motors. Thank you so very much! More

Did not indicate the cars I was considering test driving were involved in theft related cases and both had insurance flagged / salvaged titles. That was not stated anywhere on their website that advertised were involved in theft related cases and both had insurance flagged / salvaged titles. That was not stated anywhere on their website that advertised the vehicles. I had to find this out from a car history report on another car selling website and from an auto check / VIN check report. I feel like this is shady practice and deceiving the customer. I personally would not buy a theft related vehicle because I cannot trust where it has been. If I buy a used vehicle I want it to be certified with a thorough inspection from a reputable dealer (if any of those even exist). More

My wife and my experience with Silver Star Motors was phenomenal! We live in Minnesota and worked with Eric through e-mails, texts and phone calls. He was honest and up front with all of my questions and concerns. We booked a flight to Cleveland and Eric picked us up at our hotel the next morning in the car I wanted to purchase. We test drove it to the dealership. The car has a rebuilt title because of theft and vandalism. There were no signs of the vandalism. It looked like a brand new car. It even had a fresh coat of wax and a full tank of gas! Top notch service. We bought the car and drove it back to Minnesota with no problems. I highly recommend Silver Star Motors! More

After several calls and FaceTime we were confident the Honda Cross Tour was just what we wanted so be bought tickets to fly from Utah to pickup the car.
