I have a daughter named Madelyn and I married my High School Crush and gained 2 daughters, a son, a daughter-in-law, and 2 grandbabies. I have been clear and direct in all my communications, using this digital means to leave written evidence of my claim. No one writes my letters for me nor do I need them to do it for me. I use modern tools to translate my message and express myself accurately, something that your dealership refuses to do by not offering adequate bilingual service in the store or in its official communications. It is unacceptable that your salesperson now pretends to play the victim, as if he were the reincarnation of Mother Teresa or Gandhi, when the reality is that they have operated dishonestly and in bad faith. I do take responsibility and act professionally, seeking intellectual and creative alternatives to expose the fraud and economic abuse that your charges for prefabricated diagnoses represent. Possible Legal Actions: Since your dealership has refused to act transparently, I reserve the right to file formal complaints with the following entities: 1. Illinois Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division 2. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 3. Better Business Bureau (BBB) 4. Illinois Department of Consumer Affairs 5. Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) 6. Local and State Police in case of wrongful detention or fraud I will not accept any more evasions or false accusations. I demand immediate reimbursement of $182.50 and a clear response correcting this injustice.
