Upon entering Wilde Lexus we were approached by your salesperson Jeff Serensky. His style was welcoming, professional but not too pushy like some other sales people we dealt with. Both Jan and I immediately felt comfortable with Jeff and thought this would be a great person to deal with in purchasing a car. We went forward and bought a RX 350 . We would both agree Jeff and his continued follow up with us was a major factor in the purchase. He seemed to be our partner in this mission of buying a car, not just a sales person looking for a commission. Lastly the technical guy " Eric " could not have been nicer and more helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of the Lexus RX 350. He took his time and made sure we were comfortable with our new car before leaving. We very much appreciated that. I feel we found a home at Wilde Lexus and look forward to dealing with both Jeff and Eric in the future. More
