Eric Helton may be the best customer service I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and followed up. Worst experience ever, the service department is nothing but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. You should defiantly find a dealer other that Ron Carter in Alvin Texas. Not only will they lie to you they never return calls and refuse to help the customer. They have ZERO concern for customer safety or concerns. More
