The sales person was great and my experience dealing with him, I would repeat. However, the service department or whoever preps the vehicle was disappointing. I had to wait hours to get the vehicle after ai him, I would repeat. However, the service department or whoever preps the vehicle was disappointing. I had to wait hours to get the vehicle after ai had signed the contract. I was given a key fob to vehicle that doesn't work and service department claimed they couldn't program it. Nothing was done to see if they could get it programmed through outside source. The headlight was out and I had to bring it back the next day to get replaced. Still haven't received any info on what maintenance was done to vehicle. So not sure if I need to get an oil change, rotate tires, get fluids changed/topped off etc...So part of me says yes to referring others but I would be a little hesitant if a used vehicle is being bought. So 3 to 3.5 star rating More

My salesperson was Eric H. He was professional, helpful and patient. Was disappointed my car was not ready at the scheduled time.
