I really appreciated the long test drive, on city, country, and Interstate roads, where he pointed out all the key features of the vehicle--greatly increasing my confidence to drive my brand new Highlander home. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had--including, adhering to the quoted price, providing a fair trade-in value, explaining all of vehicle features/options, and offering a comprehensive breakdown of the total cost/financing arrangements. Simply an honest deal, professionally done, in a courteous/friendly manner !!! More
