What sold me was his complete honesty. When is the last time you asked a salesperson a question and they didn’t come up with a crazy lie? If you ask Eric a question and he doesn’t know the answer, he tells you he doesn’t know, but will find out for you. I was at ease at the dealership during my recent car purchase. The salesman Mr. Eric was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. His straight talk in a polite manner and well informed information sharing on the product was excellent. Mr. MO was extremely easy to work with and his suggestions on the finances and crunching numbers were great. Finally the finance Person Mr Pete had all the answers to my questions.
