Windshield replacement Eric understood that that having my windshield replaced (rock on fwy) on my new 2018 530 was upsetting and aggravating, and he made sure to get the re Eric understood that that having my windshield replaced (rock on fwy) on my new 2018 530 was upsetting and aggravating, and he made sure to get the replacement completed as if the accident had never occurred. He even arranged a loaner on fairly short notice over the weekend so the repairs could be started asap. Some service establishments have a "weekend staff" to hold the fort until the Mon-Fri staff comes in, but Eric Ho and New Century BMW are an exception - great service any day of the week. Thank you. Not good service advisor When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out r When I checked in with service advisor Eric. He asked what was there for. I told him front brake service. Instead of saying ok we will Check the out right of way says oh you dont need those. That is not good customer service. Obviously I took the car in because I was hearing a lot of squeaking and wanted to get them checked out. He acted like he knew it all instead of listening to the customer. I had to say well can you just have them checked out. That is bad customer service to say the least and I will not refer nor return for service there. I will go back to crevier where excellent customer service More

Friendly service and efficient! Buying a car can take a toll on you but if you find the right dealership and sales person it can be a breeze. I have gotten a couple of cars from this dealership and Ken has always very helpful and great to deal with. He helps you find what you need and works with you to make sure you will be comfortable and happy with the car you get. I love these cars and the service just tops it all off with the experience I have here. You really can’t compared this dealership to any other dealership around, because they care and will work with you to ensure you’re happy with every little detail; from car options to payments. Not to mention, they don’t waste any of your time; each step of the way is efficient and straight to the point. Ken will go above and beyond to find what you need, I can’t think of a reason why I would stop getting my cars here. More
