This dealer advertised a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 10,410 miles, Certified. I bought the car. Instead, they provided a mechanical failure service contract from Fidelity Warranty Services. Significantly inferior in features from Toyota's certification. Classic bait & switch. Eric Hogue is the GM and he has ghosted me for weeks and he did not even know what i was calling about. I just said I am a customer who wants to talk to him. The finance person is belligerently uncooperative. (I paid cash for the car and that probably explains his animosity.) It would be so easy for this dealership to do the right thing and live up to their promises. That's not who they are. Be wary of this dealership. Note I hold Natania Olelum, the salesperson, in high regard and she is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Totally different than this business. More
