Eric went out of his way to accommodate us and get my son’s truck repaired in a timely manner so that my son and his family could make their 1200 mile trip home to upstate New York on the date and time t son’s truck repaired in a timely manner so that my son and his family could make their 1200 mile trip home to upstate New York on the date and time they had planned to go.
