Best dealership!! I am highly impressed with the Swansboro dealership. Eric Jones was very hospitable. I came in thinking that I wanted to buy our lease car, but we dro I am highly impressed with the Swansboro dealership. Eric Jones was very hospitable. I came in thinking that I wanted to buy our lease car, but we drove happily away in our new Ford Explorer. Eric worked with me personally for a few hours answering all of my questions, and breaking it down barney style going over different scenarios. I know that I can be difficult to work with when it comes to buying a car, but never once did I feel or see any type of frustration coming from him due to my indecisiveness. I didn't feel pressured or ever feel like someone is hovering over me (which normally happens when I visit a dealership). I felt like I was given the best advice and recommendations, and from there I was able to think about my decision without feeling rushed. Overall I walked away with a car and a car payment that I am satisfied with. Due to our great experience with the staff, my husband came back the next day to see if he could trade in his truck for another truck. Long story short, my husband was able to get a truck that he loves and a payment that he is satisfied with. I definitely recommend Eric Jones and I will send him referrals any chance I get. Amazing service! This was my first time buying my own car. Let me just say its been rough,well untill I came upon sanders ford of swansboro. I never felt the pressure of those huge car lots I was going too previously. It was a hometown experience from people that live around me and want to take care of their community. All I did was walk in the front door said how much I could spend on the truck and then Eric and the team went to work for me. Not only did they get the truck out the door for my budget but went above and beyond to make this used truck right. They fixed an exhaust issue did an alignment flushed the fluids multiple time and pretty much made the truck feel brand new. Now a week later I realized I had a leak from the third brake light tom and eric were quick to schedule me for a repair and ready for me right away. Anyone looking for real people to help you with buying a vehicle need to come down here,its worth meeting these guys they'll work hard for you. More
