I brought my van in three weeks ago, check engine light came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks late came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks later my van was being towed out of my driveway and Ford didn't have to cover it because I was now 30 miles over my warranty. Turns out my throttle body was shot. How does the mechanics there not figure that out. Seems to me they don't want to have to actually fix issues, so they can continue to make money. Not to mention I was charged to have the check engine light checked! They claimed that if they couldn't find an issue when that is checked, they charge. Two weeks later when the vehicle finally went down for good, I called and told them I wanted my money back for the check engine light. To date I can't even get a call back from Tabitha regarding my refund. More

Drove from Prescott to purchase a Ford Escape Hybrid, paying cash and no trade in. Salesperson was a "hi-ho". Unwilling to work with us on price and poor product knowledge. We have owned two Ford Escap paying cash and no trade in. Salesperson was a "hi-ho". Unwilling to work with us on price and poor product knowledge. We have owned two Ford Escapes and they have been awesome vehicles. One week later I receive an email from dealership asking if I am still looking. It took them one week to follow-up!!!! That same day last week we ended up purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid from Right Toyota in Scottsdale. More

They knew the engine was bad, but didn't say anything to me about a possible problem with the engine. I did buy AS IS, so partially my fault. There is a load of blame to be laid upon Jones Auto for them knowing there was at least one major problem with the truck and not being honest and upfront about it. I have pictures of the original invoice, the engine replacement invoice, and pictures showing the engine had been tinkered with at some point before I purchased it. More
