Charged me a $195 diagnostic fee to address an issue I described to them in full detail. I am a mechanic and knew full well what the repair needed was but didn't have the time to do it myself. They took the car apart and confirmed the issue as I described it and then charged me full labor for taking it apart again to repair the issue without credit for the diagnosis. $514 to replace a $30 part that I could do in 30 mins. Rip off! This used to be a good dealership that I have used for 14 years and trusted. No longer. They have turned into the epitome of dealer ripoff. I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Their loss. More
