Eric McMahon went above and beyond the call of duty. I Eric McMahon went above and beyond the call of duty. I wanted a Subaru, but not just any Subaru would do. I had a specific list of what I wante Eric McMahon went above and beyond the call of duty. I wanted a Subaru, but not just any Subaru would do. I had a specific list of what I wanted my Subaru to be like, including that it be green (to match my house) Every dealership in Washington State had my list. Several called, but always with an excuse of why they couldn't meet all of my specifications. One dealer told me in exasperation, "Lady, your car doesn't exist!" Finally, 3 months into this, Eric called me and told me with great enthusiasm and excitement, "I have your car!' And, indeed he did..right down to the color I wanted. Problem was, I lived in Mansfield and didn't know when I'd be able to get to Spokane for a test drive. "No problem, I'll just bring it to you." McMahon responded. So, Saturday morning, I slept in (hard to do) took a hot shower, had my cup of coffee, and right about 9 am Eric pulled into my driveway with my Subaru. It was perfect! (And remains so) We compledted the paperwork at my kitchen table, and along with my purchase a very generous 60 day warranty was included to add to my peace of mind. Tremendous experience, they reached out over their dealer network to get me the truck that I wanted. Eric was very helpful with our purchase (a beautiful outback xti). My wife did most of the leg work while I was on deployment and her car was on it's last road. My wife did not purchase on a whim and wanted something to fit our needs when it came in. Eric called my wife as soon as they acquired our car. I bought the first car he showed us. He was a huge help and we will definantly be back to him in the future. I plan on sending anyone I know in the market his way. I had a great experience at Subaru of Spokane. Eric helped me find a car that fit my budget, and he made it really easy. Usually buying a car is a hassle, but I didn't feel that way at all this time. helped me find a car that fit my budget, and he made it really easy.
