I like their professional support. I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage. No one called too see how I liked driving the car or just ask how's it goi I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage. I asked about a pair of prescription glasses I left in the trade in the very next day,; which was the 28th of December. Know one has got back with me about that either. Have not received copy of paperwork I signed at the dealership I'm I suppose to get copies? Just wandering about these few things Thanks Melanise Fowler. More

Tim was great! The first guy I signed papers with was awesome! That last guy I signed with was extremely disrespectful! When a person is making what is usually the second largest purchase in their life they should be treated with a little more respect. This man walked into the showroom floor pointed at me and then pointed to his office. As a black man…. Please know that there is serious emphasis on the word MAN! I felt belittled and very very disrespected. I don’t care if he thought he was being cool, he was rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was told I was waiting hours for the car to be washed and detailed. When I received the car the first thing I noticed was the dust on the dashboard. I could’ve found a way to pick the truck up if it wasn’t being cleaned all that time. I would probably come back to David Taylor only because of the great experiences my coworkers have had with you guys. Sadly I have to keep in mind they are not black and probably won’t receive a finger pointing incident. More
