I purchased a Volvo Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership with approximately 260 miles on it, expecting the level of quality, inspection, and customer service that comes with buying a CPO vehicle dealership with approximately 260 miles on it, expecting the level of quality, inspection, and customer service that comes with buying a CPO vehicle from a luxury dealership. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Within the first few weeks of ownership, I discovered several issues that have left me questioning both the condition of the vehicle and the thoroughness of the CPO inspection. First, there was cosmetic damage that was not disclosed to me. I was told during the purchase process that there were no scratches or damage to the vehicle. However, after taking delivery, I found a significant paint chip and a scratch on the driver's-side mirror. What's particularly frustrating is that the paint damage can actually be seen in the video the dealership sent me before I purchased the car (you had to really zoom in). When I brought this to the dealership's attention, the proposed solution was to send me touch-up paint. That is not what I would consider an appropriate resolution for damage that was present before I ever took ownership of the vehicle. Then, after only about 600 miles, the vehicle displayed a warning indicating an issue that needs to be addressed. On top of that, the vehicle has had an apparent front-wheel alignment issue from the beginning, as it was pulling from the time I received it. These are not issues I would expect to encounter shortly after purchasing a CPO Volvo with only approximately 260 miles on it. More importantly, they make me question what else may not have been identified or addressed during the certification inspection. What has been most disappointing, however, has been the response from the dealership after the sale. I understand that issues can occasionally arise with any vehicle. What matters is how a dealership stands behind the vehicle and takes care of its customer when they do. Unfortunately, I have not felt that support. I purchased a luxury vehicle from a luxury dealership expecting a premium experience. Instead, only a few weeks into ownership, I am dealing with pre-existing cosmetic and mechanical concerns and having to arrange for another Volvo dealership to inspect issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was certified and sold. I gave the dealership an opportunity to make this right before writing this review. Unfortunately, the response and proposed resolution did not meet what I believe is a reasonable expectation for a CPO vehicle or a luxury dealership. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a CPO vehicle from this dealership to have an independent inspection done and to carefully verify every aspect of the vehicle's condition before taking delivery. This has been a very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of customer service I expected when purchasing a Volvo from a luxury dealership. More

When I brought my car in, they told me it was still under warranty. A week later, they called me and said the car was actually not under warranty, and that I would need to pay almost $4,000 to get it fixed. warranty. A week later, they called me and said the car was actually not under warranty, and that I would need to pay almost $4,000 to get it fixed. I told them I wasn’t willing to spend that much money on the repair, so they said they would charge me a $450 fee instead. Then I asked them to put the car back together so I could come pick it up. But when I got the car back, I noticed that the check engine light and other warning lights were on, even though there were no warning lights at all when I first brought the car in. I went back to talk to them about it, and they told me, “Since you didn’t have the repair done here, that’s just how it is.” It was a really bad experience. I hope others don’t go there to buy a car or get repairs done. More
