Not a great experience at this dealership and would not recommend. They will try and take advantage of you if given the opportunity and are not looking out for your best interest. Only profits. I will go i recommend. They will try and take advantage of you if given the opportunity and are not looking out for your best interest. Only profits. I will go in-depth on my experience below. Starting with the negotiation process, car was not prepared to be shown. Very unprofessional to have an appointment scheduled and the car still being worked on. *Should've seen that as a red flag and walked out right there. However, the car was at a good price and I was set on purchasing it. *Mistake when buying. Do not do or else you will end up in a situation that you do not like. Similar to mine. They will swear up and down about the multipoint inspection that they do. It's of no value add. They never provided a list, not to mention the car I purchased had issues that would be seen by any inspection of care. With that in mind, highly recommend a pre-purchase inspection as they will not tell you about issues with the car and then sell it to you as is. They will deploy a sales tactic of marking up what you see listed on the site. Car was listed at X amount, however come negotiation time they added another $3k in order to work you down back to the sales price listed on the website. Make sure to have everything in writing. Especially when trading in a vehicle. They will try to pull a fast one if you allow them. Again, have all agreements in writing to protect yourself from dishonest salesmen. They will not have the courtesy of selling you the car with a full tank of gas. Negotiate that in, I received my car with the gas light on. If you do have issues that are covered under their limited warranty, be very prepared and even have a second set of eyes at another service shop inspect before bringing it to them. Their is no denying video evidence. They are very slow to look at your car and will talk to you as if you do not know what you are talking about. You will have to fight for even safety related issues that you were not aware of prior to the purchase to be addressed. Not to mention if you do need something replaced, they will happily send you on your way without even fully repairing the issue. Morale of the story, I do not recommend this dealer to anyone but if you do find a car that they have, be very careful during the entire process as they are not looking out for your best interest but only want the money in your pocket. More
