Great first Jeep purchase experience I shopped around for months trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and when I finally made my decision, everyone who I dealt with at NorthPoint w I shopped around for months trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and when I finally made my decision, everyone who I dealt with at NorthPoint were great as I purchased my first ever Jeep. Johnny helped me out with my first test drive at the beginning of my search, Sam helped me when I popped back in with a couple of quick questions about the vehicle, Abigail was big help when I checked back in to see if North Point would beat a lower price that I had received from another dealership, and when I came in to work on a couple of final issues, Eric gave me an honest assessment of my options and I walked away confident that I had made the best possible deal. Robert did an excellent job of bringing the deal across the goal line, and then went above and beyond in addressing a couple of minor issues with the vehicle after I signed the paperwork. The entire North Point team made this a great buying experience. More

He has very friendly and didn't pressure me into anything. He showed me all of the options and allowed me to be patient and test drive several vehicles. I also took a week to decide what I wanted to do. He didn't bombard me with 100 phone calls. He was patient with me and allowed me to make a decision when I felt comfortable. It was a great experience. Mr. Ayers made my experience stress free and easy. He did not try to jip me; it seemed like he wanted to get me a deal. I am 28 and was buying the car on my own. He made me feel comfortable and talked me through a lot of things. Everyone was great at the dealership. I also worked with Mr. Pegg who was also a pleasure to work with.
