He had the vehicle ready to drive when I got there. Eric and Heather in the service department were also extremely helpful in helping to resolve an issue with a broken part (torque converter decided to make trouble soon after I purchased). They arranged for the repair to be performed in my town (I didn't have to drive to Charleston), and the repair was completely covered by the 30 day powertrain warranty! I'm a happy customer! More
