Not your avg dealership, or at least from our point of view. We've been to Fred Anderson Toyota twice now to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service departmen We've been to Fred Anderson Toyota twice now to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service department. However with how we were treated with the sales representatives I'm sure we will feel the same way. Eric was very helpful the first time around making sure we were taken care of when he couldn't be at the dealership to meet us the first time around. Justin helped us find our car, and we drove off the lot the same day. This time around we were able to meet with Eric. Despite the fact that he had multiple customers, he made sure we were well taken care of and checked in with us constantly to make sure we were okay. We're grateful for our experience, and not once did we feel like we were being pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. We felt like our thoughts and situation were fully heard, and we are happy with both of our experiences. More

Eric and Heather in the service department were also extremely helpful in helping to resolve an issue with a broken part (torque converter decided to make trouble soon after I purchased). They arranged for the repair to be performed in my town (I didn't have to drive to Charleston), and the repair was completely covered by the 30 day powertrain warranty! I'm a happy customer! More
