Best experience at a car dealership This was the easiest car buying experience from start to finish I’ve ever had at a dealership. This was my 6th Toyota and I appreciated there were no games, no back and forth, just straight talk. Everyone was so helpful from the Internet rep Lauren who met us as we walked in, to Eric the sales rep, to Alesia in finance, the scariest Mary where I though here we go.but she was upfront, honest and to point and never pushy, right down to the parts rep, Marcus, who sold us the carpet and trunk mats. We had to wait for the carpet mats but he came out and put trunk mat in for us. Even when I returned a couple hours later with an issue Eric couldn’t help with, he ask someone to come explain in detail so I could understand and gain better knowledge of the new technology (I wish I could remember his name) in my new Avalon Touring. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I even drove and hour and a half to dealership twice (2nd time to take delivery of the exact car I wanted they had to bring in) because it had been recommended to me. Give them a try, I know you won’t be disappointed. More
