I apologize you feel cut and paste when it was referring to your exact email and written from myself the GM, not a "corporate copy and paste response". It sounds like you've had some bad experiences at other dealerships and think that all are the same. We handle whatever issues may arise on our own. You also mentioned about shady dealers, again that's not us. I feel you're upset because you haven't found a dealer that will give you what you want for your trade. If we can't give you a number your wanting then please don't get upset at the dealership. With that said if you would like to sit face to face and we treat each other with respect(not saying worse than lawyers, shady, threatening spreading false rumors like wildfire) I would be more than happy to review the trade and look at myself along with the pricing on whatever vehicle you choose. There's bad lawyers and dealers as well as good lawyers and dealers. We win awards yearly on customer service and take great pride in it. If you would like to meet and experience it then great, I welcome you to come see me. If not, then I apologize things didn't go the right way and thank you for the opportunity. Have a nice weekend

I apologize you felt they came across as arrogant, that is something I will address with them. They were not lying about calling for more on the trade, is where it sounds like they dropped the ball is that they never found more for the trade and that should have related that to you. It's my job not to protect their integrity, it's to take care of the customer and make sure we do the right thing as a company and if we drop the ball we want to make it right. In closing, if you would like to sit and see if it works then great. If not then thanks for sharing your info and hope you finding something you're pleased with.

Sounds like a typical corporate, copy and paste response. Even if you talk to your guy's and "train" them I know nothing is going to change. Dealership's are going to be dealership's and salesman are going to be salesman. You guy's really don't care. Only thing you guy's care about is money. I know how shady dealership's are. I know the game, the trick's, the tactic's. I'm not your typical car buyer. I actually think you guy's are worse than lawyers. I like it that your customer relation's manager called and left a voicemail. What help is he going to be? He isn't going to change my feeling's. You probably won't either. The only way thing's will change if your guy's stopped acting shady and give me the deal that I want. Otherwise, i'll try to spread my experience to others like wildfire. Have a good day.

FYI I have received great deals on vehicles and past trade-in's. Dealer awards mean nothing to me. I know the data collected can be skewed, biased, and the confidence interval of such data is so large that it has no merit. Also, how can I trust that you guy's didn't buy the rights to claim these awards? Look, the main reason that i'm upset is that you guy's came off as arrogant and I was lied to. You guy's weren't straight with me about my trade-in, saying that you guy's were waiting for some auction and would get back to me, but never did. That to me is shady! How can I trust people who are liars and come across that way? I'm not going to make a big deal with people who are going to deal like that. So, for me to tell other's that you are liars and shady is not false at all. Also, this isn't nothing personal at anybody. If you feel like it is I apologize for that. I have not taken any personal shots at anyone. I do understand that this is your job and you have to do anything to maintain the integrity of your employer.
