Amy Baker was absolutely wonderful and responsive in making this deal possible while communicating with me over the phone. Eric Peterson took additional photos to send since I was out of town. Christen Salvatico was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best extended warranty to meet my driving needs. On my initial visit, I was greeted by Eric Peterson, who had the patience to explore my interests and to provide me a test drive on a good fit for a Toyota Tacoma. Eric and Blake Dunn followed up with a budgetary quote; no pressure on sale. I took more time to look at alternatives and to do further on-line investigations. I then followed up with Blake and Eric by phone and we negotiated mutually satisfactory final deal for subsequent delivery. Final paperwork was worked with Christen Salvatico about a month after my initial visit. I drove off the lot as one very happy customer. After almost 50 years of buying cars, it was a pleasure to work with such an honest, upfront, professional and customer-oriented team. More

I was beyond surprised and while I was excited about my new car and having that weight lifted, I called friends and spoke more about how well they treated me more than anything else. So long as I am living in Charleston, I will be going to them for everything and am so happy that the car I wanted was through them. More
