She didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need, she assisted me in getting me what I wanted which is exactly what a sales associate should do. She was able to meet with me and assist me even though my schedule is extremely hectic. She even delivered the truck to my house in Summerville since I am not magical enough to drive to cars at once, cursed science.... I appreciate someone who knows the products they are selling, answers phone calls and emails, keeps me informed as we had to find something outside the dealership, and never complained about the difficulty I unfortunately bring with me when time is a factor. We are looking to purchase another vehicle and have no intentions of looking elsewhere. I also greatly appreciate Eric Peterson following her to assist in the delivery. When their time is taken away from the sales floor, they ultimately are losing potential business.
