Excellent customer service!! I test drove the vehicle in the morning, left and after several phone calls with the sales team, I returned that afternoon to purchase. His understanding of my needs for a quality pre owned vehicle was crucial and did not try to push me in another direction. The team at Fred Anderson was extremly responsive to requests and made a very fair offer on a great car. I would recommend Fred Anderson over any competitor (Hendrick) after dealing with both during this process. Purchasing a car is a very big life moment and it could have not went any better!
