She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's various options, as well as helping me determine if it was the right vehicle for my needs. I also looked at the Toyota Highlander, but as a first time SUV buyer, I thought the Highlander was too much car for my needs. She got me very excited about the RAV4, which I hadn't even considered up to that point. In fact, I had an appointment at another dealership for a different brand of car and didn't even go - she really made me feel comfortable with the RAV4. I am LOVING my new vehicle and can't thank Regina enough for her knowledge and assistance during my car buying process. She also helped me with questions I had after my purchase and has followed up several times to make sure I'm happy with the RAV4. More

Excellent customer service!! I test drove the vehicle in the morning, left and after several phone calls with the sales team, I returned that afternoon to purchase.
