Fast, Easy, and Friendly Overall, a great experience. The salesman, Eric was great! He helped me out and made the whole experience fun and easy. My only issue was with the finance department.. the guy was nice and took us through the paperwork fairly quickly, but didn't pay enough attention to which financial institution we financed through and wound up making things pretty difficult. He said everything was through Bank of America then come to find out it was actually Wells Fargo? I had Eric send my insurance info to Bank of America which almost caused a huge problem with the ACTUAL lender not having my proof of insurance. I was very pleased with everything but the financing department. They need some work. More
