They both were my genies and made all wishes come true and then some. Eric was very friendly, nice and helpful, as well as he kept his word throughout the whole process. Mr. Pickett was not pushy at all unlike most salesmen. He was professional throughout the entire ordeal. I traded in my 2013 Chevy Malibu with nearly 90,000 thousand miles that I've had for 4 years. Let's just say that I'm now driving a brand, new 2016 Chevy Equinox SUV/truck; GAP insurance included (not a previous benefit that I had on my previous purchase); no money down; I'm not upside down from my Malibu (owned $9,261.00); they gave $7,000.00 for my Malibu; $3,000 rebate which means that ate up the $2,261.00 that was left over from the Malibu); there is only a $67.77 difference in between my car note and my now truck note; my credit is not A1 and my monthly payments are still under $500 per month. Also, Mr. Pickett even got me a remote starter without any additional cost or increase in my note; and my note went down from the original amount which was still under $500, so that was very refreshing to hear! If you are seriously considering purchasing a new vehicle then please make sure you go and see Mr. Eric Pickett at Phillips Chevrolet located in Lansing, IL.
