Having only seen videos of the Telluride, Eric took us for a test drive and pointed out all the features. He was very knowledgeable and professional and simply answered all our questions. No pressure. We got a fair offer for our trade in and a good lease rate. Travis in the finance department got us in and out quick with no pressure. We had a very thorough delivery which thankfully included getting help setting up our phones with the Kia app. All in all we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any future vehicles with Carriage Kia.
