I went in head strong looking to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L model for my wife and family. We had a 2018 Expedition with the normal engine issues that kept coming back. We owed more than what the tru Cherokee L model for my wife and family. We had a 2018 Expedition with the normal engine issues that kept coming back. We owed more than what the truck was worth and just needed a dealership to work with me to put my family in a safe reliable vehicle. I looked online and came across Boucher Dodge and figured i would give them a call. I ended up talking to a gentleman named Randy Ludlum. We discussed the situation and made an appointment to come in and see what we could work out. Randy and the team tried there hardest to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L though it just wasn't working out Randy then mentioned about a Volkswagen. I have always been a domestic car/truck person and was very resistant to the idea. Randy went back to work on trying to get me into the Jeep. It wasn't working so Randy came back and said to me just take a look at one and go from there. He mentioned VW has a lot of great incentives right now and we may be able to get a brand new safe a family car on budget. In my mind I came to buy a Jeep not a VW Atlas. lol Well he kept saying, I'm here to help you get into a good vehicle and out of this situation with your current vehicle. Never and I mean NEVER was Randy nor his team pushy at any time and that means a lot to me. Long story short, I ended up taking a brand-new Atlas home to my family and my wife is a very happy wife.
