Misleading I bought a vehicle here in 2014 since then the General Manager and Sales Manager I dealt with have moved on. Now it is Ed Napleton's practice to quot I bought a vehicle here in 2014 since then the General Manager and Sales Manager I dealt with have moved on. Now it is Ed Napleton's practice to quote a price via the internet and then when you come in you realize they are adding a mandatory "Ed Napleton Package" for $1400 to the cost of very new vehicle they sell. They refuse to remove it and do not include it in the original quote they provide via email. Buyer beware. Don't waste your time. More

I was close to buyimg a GMC Acadia but saw allbthe features on the CRV and Mike Klein went over everything on the car and thoroughly explained every feature on the vehicle.
