From me, they receive 5/5 stars and 10/10 if I would recommend someone to work with. -Bubba, I can speak to because I had limited contact with him. If he instituted the policy where USAA members must wait until the dealership receives financed funds from USAA before they will release a purchased car then he is a 0/5 stars and 0/10 to recommend. USAA verifies funds over the phone coupled with the fact it took 2 days before the dealership even submitted the funds is beyond unacceptable. You *must* institute a new policy that doesn't involve a second hard-check to a USAA member's credit. Tom (Finance Manager) is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with at a car dealership. I spoke to him on the phone the following day after purchasing my car to figure out why USAA's form hadn't been submitted for the dealership to receive the remaining funds for the car and he said he'd have it to them in a couple hours. It wasn't submitted until after I called for a second time the next day and sat on the phone waiting for 20 minutes until Erick just happened to walk by and pick up the phone (more on that later). No call from Tom to let me know he was having trouble of any kind. Meanwhile I sat for 2-days without a vehicle I had purchased and put $5,500 down. Tom should be a textbook case of how to do everything wrong with customer service. Eric (Manager) is the exact opposite of Tom in every case. After he just happened to pick up the phone after Tom left me on hold for 20 minutes he quickly identified how odd my case was and immediately came up with a plan of action to retrieve the remaining funds from USAA via the fax-in form. I received a notification of the request 3 hours later from USAA and called Erick back to see how we could work out getting me my car that day. He agreed to a phone verification of funds, so we conference called USAA and spoke with Ciara who verified every for Erick. I took possession of my car 40 minutes later. Erick, to me, is beyond 5-stars and a 10/10 recommendation. He is a true asset to your company and the only reason I didn't walk back into that dealership and tear up that contract since their repeated incompetence prevented me from getting me a car in a timely manner. Great deal on price, though! Honorable mention to Daulton, who stood-in for Gudi for delivery of our car. Great guy with a great name. More

In my and my husbands experience, we were approached smoothly by Ramiro. Asked us a few questions casually and let us go about viewing vehicles ourselves. He was there and happy to answer any questions if we had any. Didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. When it came down to it, i was still a little unsure about the color of the car i was interested in. And although i took a little long in staring and viewing the car from different directions... he waited there patiently, As far as the car itself, i purchased the 2017 Chevy Equinox LS. I learned very quickly that the upgrades i wanted to do to the car after the purchase, are, for now, not a possibility. They do not sell smoked tail lights, or darker headlights for this vehicle (*yet* im hoping), and the rims are not alloy wheels, but more of a plasticky hubcap i guess you can call it ( i dont know what its called). Which is very disappointing because i was going to powdercoat them black. And the most important part, i am able to use bluetooth for my phone calls on the car, but if i want to listen to music, i need to use an aux cord. you would think that it would come standard in newer cars, especially if they went the first step in being able to make phone calls in the car. The dealership is basically saying 'it is what it is'.. which isnt their fault... but GM....... PLEASE make a software update so these vehicles can access music via bluetooth! More

Dave listened to what I was looking for as did Matt to begin with, but being pretty new to the dealership asked Dave for help. Excellent sales person and showed me several, and one pretty much fit the bill. The only thing it didn't have was leather and he arranged to have that installed. Very pleased with my buy. My 5th vehicle from the dealership. You must be doing something right. I keep coming back. More

Derek Rea, our salesman treated us with respect throughout the entire process, from test drive to negotiation and purchase. We got a great deal on a 2014 Nissan Murano! I am telling you right now, if you want a Nissan, don't listen to the Nissan dealerships that tell you their certified pre-owned vehicles are extra special. Maita is a reputable dealer in the Sacramento area, and they complete a thorough vehicle inspection before it gets listed like every other dealer. There was no pressure to purchase an extended warranty at Maita. Because we were pre-approved there was no pressure to finance through them either. While we were waiting to sign all of the papers, my wife and I had last minute things we wanted. We asked Derek and he came through immediately. So if there is something you want just ask, it can't hurt, if it makes the difference between a sale and no sale they will work hard for you. I coincidentally ran into an acquaintance who is working there selling cars as well. His name is Kevin Luis. He is solid as well! Good character, respectful and hard working. He endorsed Derek and he was right. So check em out at Maita Chevy, they don't just sell chevys. More

"Just looking...." turned into "Just bought!" When we pulled into Maita Chevrolet we hoped our experience would be a positive one....and we were not disappointed. Kevin Luiz, our salesperson, and When we pulled into Maita Chevrolet we hoped our experience would be a positive one....and we were not disappointed. Kevin Luiz, our salesperson, and Eric Swanson (the Sales Manager) were polite, attentive to our needs in a vehicle, and tried to provide us with the best possible "deal" we could find! We found the car that would best suit our needs, got a wonderful price on our trade-in, and left with a wonderful truck that we have enjoyed everyday since. I highly recommend Kevin Luiz to all prospective buyers---he does not pressure his customers for a sale, but does everything he can to answer all questions posed to him in a professional, quick and courteous manner. Eric was highly professional, and every detail of our encounter with him was handled with fairness, trust, and attention to detail I have come to value in ANY Customer Service experience! Our "signing" was handled by Daniel Navroth, another professional at Maita. All our questions, all the aspects of our contract, and anything else we thought of was quickly explained in terms we could understand. His attention to detail was, also, very appreciated and no "i" was left undotted nor any "t" left uncrossed. Our entire experience was excellent, professional, and courteous. Maita gets an A++ in our book! More
