Excellent experience! I met with Eric Thoumma on my first visit and he was superb to deal with. I told him I was just beginning my search and test driving several types of I met with Eric Thoumma on my first visit and he was superb to deal with. I told him I was just beginning my search and test driving several types of cars, but I was interested in the CX-30. He gave me a test drive on the spot, answered all my questions, and most importantly to me - didn't pressure me, just gave me info. We did talk numbers, and after looking at a few other car brands at other dealers - I came back to Pacifico Mazda. Eric and the whole team made the whole process easy. Very happy with my experience (and my 2024 CX-30 Carbon Edition) and would highly recommend Eric and Pacifico. More

Eric greeted me when I was looking to have a test drive on one of their cars. Without any question and hesitation, he took me to one of the cars that I was interested. He is very courteous and kind. He was very accomodative and help us to get one for us. He went above and beyond. If you are going to purchase a Mazda in the Philadelphia area, then you must go to Eric Thoumma. Definitely recommended, and probably because of this, even this is my first Mazda, I will definitely become a fan. Thank you Eric! More
