Over the course of the past 10 months, I’ve gone to about 6 different dealerships of varying brands and sales people. Of those, Pacifico Mazda and Eric were by far the best to buy a car from, and it’s not ev 6 different dealerships of varying brands and sales people. Of those, Pacifico Mazda and Eric were by far the best to buy a car from, and it’s not even close. I was on the fence about buying a new Mazda, and Eric was super patient and understanding with me. He was never at all pushy. I really felt like Eric and Pacifico Mazda understand it’s about the experience and building relationships. Further, when I bought the car, I was in and out of there in no time - I wasn’t left waiting for 2-3 hours. They were super proactive about getting everything I needed in order ahead of time. Also, the trade in values and prices they give on cars are straight forward, with minimal to no haggling needed. In the future, I’ll be sure to give them a call if I need another Mazda! I can’t recommend these guys enough. More
