Andreas helped me locate a VERY hard to find manual in the Black Autobahn package and make the whole transaction easy. Paul Rowe took the negotiation and back and forth out of the equation by giving me a great price on the car UPFRONT. Eric walked me through the cars numerous technology features once I picked it up. This is my 2nd car I've bought from this staff and makes me wonder why I've bought anywhere else. More
