I usually dread anything involving dealerships because it always feels stressful & pushy but Melloy Nissan completely changed that for me. Madison made my experience feel easy, comfortable & honestly exciting . She was patient transparent & actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to pressure me into something else. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and loves what she does. Every question I had was answered, communication was amazing, and I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine anymore. If you’re thinking about going to Melloy Nissan, ask for Madison she seriously made the whole experience 10x better. More
