I am totally happy with my experience! I received a call from Scott Riddle explaining that he was interested in my 2013 Rav 4 and helping me get in to a newer vehicle with a lower interest I received a call from Scott Riddle explaining that he was interested in my 2013 Rav 4 and helping me get in to a newer vehicle with a lower interest rate. After coming in to see what was available, Scott reassured me that I could get everything I wanted and never made me feel pressured. He was great at answering my many questions. Doug Wilt also spent time with me explaining the different options I had and making me feel very comfortable. I asked to speak with Erica Graham because I had dealt with her once before and she is very down to earth and easy to understand. This is my 3rd time buying from this dealer and I must say their effort in giving me great service was excellent. More

Not worth my time They lied to me and made me think that the financing for my car is complete. I shopped around in great depth for this vehicle and feel (from Cleveland to Beckley, WV and the surrounding area) that these guys worked the hardest not only to sell me the vehicle but also to ensure my satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing process. If you like 'old time' wheeling and dealing this isn't the place for you. Shane and Doug were both very honest and upfront in explaining this was the best deal they could give me. And after calling, emailing, texting, etc many other deals this dealership earned my trust because their initial price beat everyone else's. Throw on top of that the professionalism and kindness displayed by everyone you will run into at Boardman Toyota and I believe this dealership is extremely hard to beat! More
