Mike Butream was the reason we leased a higlander My wife and I were hesitant for many months as to whether or not to lease a highlander. I originally spoke with Mike and he gave me a price. I spoke with many other dealers after that and all of them were more interested in getting me in a vehicle rather than making sure my wife and I were satisfied. Went back in to see Mike and he was only interested in making sure we picked out the right vehicle for us. He spent a lot of time during the process. Needless to say we sealed the deal. An Exciting Experience !!! Dave Hogue Buying Experience My company does sales training and hiring practices for various car dealerships as well as many other industries. The best sales person is always the one who can adapt their sales style to the buying style of the customer. My wife and I are quite different. I am direct and to the point, focused on the bottom line and best deal. My wife is looking for something safe, comfortable, and has the right features. I hate being pressured or having all the usual sales person tricks played on me, I know them too. I must say that is the least enjoyable thing about buying a new car...the games you have to play. This was not the case with Preston and Dave Hogue. I started on the internet and moved to looking at a car then coming in and test driving. From there it was about lease vs buy, etc. Throughout the whole process Dave seemed to be listening to our needs and not just trying to "sell" us on something. It really made the difference for me and I purchased a vehicle even sooner than I was planning to. Good job Dave. We ended up doing the lease on a new 2017 as it made more sense to our needs. The person who did the contracts for them (I believe Erica) was also very good. I asked a lot of questions about the numbers and she was patient and explained all the information to my satisfaction. Again good job. This is the first time I have bought from Preston and if their service and continued support are anything like the sales experience I will be buying many more from them. Great job and I am not the type to write these reviews. In fact, it's the first one I ever did for a salesperson. But I thought it was warranted in this case because sometimes you see something really good that needs recognized. More

Excellent experience. Extremely helpful & patient. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and patient with us while we made a decision on year and color, since I could not make up my mind. The salesman was not "pushy" and was only friendly and accommodating throughout the process. The finance person was also very patient as it took a long time to complete our paperwork because of a fraud alert on my social security number. Additionally, we travel from Pennsylvania to purchase this vehicle and prior to doing so, the owner/salesperson was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Every person we came in contact with at the dealership was honest, straight forward, helpful and kind. I will certainly be dealing with them again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family. More
