This was our easiest and friendliest new car buying experience by far - my wife and I did not feel at all like we were just another prospective sales number on the board. I also had a very good experience during my first contact with the service & parts people. Austin took all of my questions & concerns seriously and responded with helpful and satisfactory answers. Likewise, when I asked Erica for a part I needed (which they had on the shelf - how often does that happen?!), she also gave me a couple of great tips and advice. Thanks to all! More
