I had visited two other dealerships before choosing Acura of Auburn, and the level of attention, honesty, and customer service here made the difference. Leo truly went the extra mile. Before I even arrived, he sent me pictures and videos and introduced himself so I knew exactly who I would be working with. During pickup, he patiently helped me set up the AcuraLink app and showed me how everything worked and explained the features of my new MDX. He even helped put in my new floor mats, cleaned up and threw away the boxes, and made sure the vehicle was inspected, registered, and ready for me. The beautiful red bow on the car made the moment even more special! He was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and also made my mother-in-law feel very welcome by offering us coffee and snacks. The entire experience was so special that my mother-in-law became emotional seeing me accomplish the milestone of purchasing my first new car. I also want to recognize Ericka for her excellent customer service while completing the financial and legal paperwork. She explained everything clearly and patiently. Even when some of the numbers felt a little overwhelming to me, she took the time to explain them and gave me peace of mind. I came into this process a little nervous because buying a new vehicle is a big decision, but Keith, Leo, and Ericka made me feel comfortable, respected, and valued.
