This is my second BMW and the process from the time that I walked in to the dealer all the way through the purchase was painless. Erick Martinez took the time to explain all the options based on what were looking for. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to get us the car even when the vehicle was in another dealership located in Miami. He coordinated and was able to get us the car within 36 hours. He always makes sure I have a nice loaner to use while my vehicle is in for service. On my last visit I brought in my 1988 BMW M6 to have some stubborn water spots removed. Compliments to Rick Pascuita and his team in the Detail Department. They wet sanded the hood where the water spots were located and detailed the whole car. They made a 30 year old car look almost brand new. Wow!! I also enjoy the good conversation with the friendly staff while I am picking up and dropping off my vehicles. Chris, Liam, Frank, Jeff, Billy, Mike, Eric, Rosalia, Wanda and all. This is a very impressive dealership!!!!!!!!! Bob Brickman More
