We came in looking for one thing, but Erick asked questions to determine what our needs really were. Erick restored our respect towards car sales people. He helped us find the perfect vehicle in an experience that took no more than an hour to sign papers and get out the door. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Beyond our personal dealings with Erick, the Finance fella and Encore technician treated us beautifully; answering all our questions and giving us the power and opportunity to determine what terms were right for us. What I appreciated was the fairness that was demonstrated compared to other dealerships I've dealt with. Of course, Reeves has a business to run, but at the end of the day, they will treat with you with respect and fair play. I ended up having actual fun with the process here and there. A spontaneous weekend landed me at Reeves (on April Fool's Day - ha). Within 30 minutes of being at the dealership, a car was on its way from Germany. It arrived 18 days later and I was like a kid at Christmas time. Thanks for the 2 F words, Reeves. ;) FUN & FAIR. More

He made me extremely comfortable during the process which we all know that it can be stressful but not with Erick Martinez as he know just how to make it happen. He knows it so well that we ended up buying not 1 but 2 cars. No need to go out there shopping when he is there to help you with BMW and also with Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Maserati, Volkswagen, Subaru. We were in the market to purchase a new Luxury SUV for my wife and from the very moment we walked in and were greeted by Erick, we were simply blown away. I could tell instantly that Erick took his job seriously and what really stood out to me were two things: He LISTENED, and he WORKED HARD. I don't trust people who don't do either one. Frankly, it is a rare thing indeed for a car salesman to use their ears more than their mouth, and the hustle and energy that Erick brought to finding us what we were looking for was obvious. He really listened intently and cared to understand what we truly wanted then worked hard to make it happen. Erick was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. He was also warm, personable, and all around great guy! After such a fantastic and positive experience, my wife and I would find it extremely hard to go anywhere else.
