Great experience purchasing my new Impreza! Greg was diligent in getting me the price I wanted and was very prompt in the negotiating phase. Scott was great guiding me through the sales process and showing me all the features of the vehicle. He is a terrific salesman and I would recommend using him. Walked in apprehensive, left a Subaru owner! I was dreading the sales process and being pressured. That didn't happen with David Schuster. He was calm and seemed to let us determine the pace of our negotiation. We had read favorable reviews on the Glanzmann site and that's what initially got us to set foot in the door. I hadn't bought a car for 24 years and now I wonder why I waited so long. David explained everything and was very patient when he had to tell me something a second time. Our interactions with Neal and Eric were also very good. This is a professional, caring team. More
