I actually started out working at Campbell Ford in the detail department, worked here for 6 years while going back and forth to IUSB. Graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I left as manager of the detail department at Campbell's for a job at a manufacturing company in Elkhart as a financial analyst. Ended up working there for a couple years before getting laid off. What brought me back to Campbell's was the people and superior work environment. I enjoy working with all of my customers and thrive on getting them the best deal I can... Family Reunion initially when I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and concern on my interests. No hassling or constant badgering of when I'd like to purchase a vehicle. Took his time explaining my lease and buying options, stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my possible purchase at the time. A very good Saturday experience I have used this dealership for new car and used car purchases and follow up service since 1979. I have never been disappointed with either the personal, the service they provided or the vehicle I had purchased. Most recently I had my vehicle in for servicing and was wondering around looking at the 2017 models while waiting. I had been thinking that this might be the time to trade, but had a number of questions as to whether I should buy (which I always had done) or lease. Enter Erik Blad, a very delightful, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. We spent about 30/40 minutes going through my questions and several Erik brought up that I hadn't thought of. During my earlier wondering though the Campbell lot I had found two Explorers that I was interested in. Erik and I went over both vehicles, during which he patiently and throughly explained the features of both vehicles. Erik's knowledge about buying versus leasing and about the vehicle features gave me the information I needed to make a decision - I turned in my older vehicle and left with a new 2017 Explorer. More
