I have a gm family discount that they refused to apply to my new vehicle purchase. They did not tell me that the heated seats are not installed in my car and did not give me a timeframe as to when they will my new vehicle purchase. They did not tell me that the heated seats are not installed in my car and did not give me a timeframe as to when they will be installed. They messed up my temp tags and registration by putting the entirely wrong vehicle on there - they did correct it in a timely manner which was appreciated. Overall service was just ok. More
