Erik and Bryan and Mr. Counts and Jersey and everyone else are always super courteous and willing to go the extra mile to resolve whatever matter that brings me to the dealership. My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into.
