Not sure about Saturday service? Service is always very good but 4 hours is too long for a scheduled service. Left with a vibration that I didn't arrive with and black grease on my Service is always very good but 4 hours is too long for a scheduled service. Left with a vibration that I didn't arrive with and black grease on my rims. Eric was great and got us into a loner so we didn't just have to sit. He also was helpful in trying to find a good resolution to the bad balance job and to be fair I didn't tell him about the grease. More
