Erik Emanuele is a Sales and Leasing Consultant at our Butler Subaru location. In 2003 he started out as a Lot Attendant was quickly promoted to a Service Writer. Then went onto college to pursue other interests. Graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors degree and has been selling cars since 2010 with Nissan. He enjoys helping people find the best automotive fit and enjoys seeing the excitement they have when they take their new care home. He strives to provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile for his customers. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and hanging out with friends and family.

Was in for inspection, all good but needed license plate light. We approved replacement, but you didn't have the part. Would not pass inspection, said Would charge us for another inspection once light re light. We approved replacement, but you didn't have the part. Would not pass inspection, said Would charge us for another inspection once light replaced, and couldn't schedule for 2 weeks! This was unacceptable to us as we have purchased at least 3 vehicles with #1Cochran, everything else passed inspection, and you didn't have the part. We ordered parts, replaced it the next day, but was going to have to wait an additional 2 weeks for appointment and was going to be charged for inspection on top of that! We took to another local garage next day. To say we were disappointed in #1 Cochran is an understatement after all the money we have spent there in the past. More
