After trying many other dealerships without any success, we were Blessed and recommended to Coconut Creek Hyundai and they worked miracles !!! The Credit manager, Erik Godston and Sales person, Edeline Fils-Aime treated us like family from the start. First Edeline was delightful to work with, not at all a pushy sales person, but a caring individual, who actually helped us to pick a less expensive car then we had in mind. She allowed us to take our time and found us a car that was a perfect fot for us and absolutely amazing! An incredible 2013 Hyundai Sonata, which was like new at an incredible price. I was expecting another disappointment when it came to getting approved, but then we were brought to the credit manager, Erik Godston who worked his magic and actually got us an amazing rate at an very reputable finance company. He never pressured us by trying to upsell unwanted options, but recommended only those that would help and benefit us. He took his time and explained everything and spent a great amount of time, even though it was late and after hours, never rushed us and worked out every detail to put us in the best possible situation, which was affordable, and we felt like he really cared. By far the absolute best car buying experience that I had ever experienced in all of my 50 years. Please do yourself a favor and give Edeline and Erik a chance before making any other car buying decision, you will be glad that you did. Thanks Coconut Creek Hyundai and staff for making our dream a reality. I am actually excited each and every time that I get behind the wheel of my Hyundai Sonata, I love driving once again. More

Pretty Good Experience I found this place to be very laid back and friendly...I was serviced quickly, and though I came in with (what I thought was) a difficult situation, i I found this place to be very laid back and friendly...I was serviced quickly, and though I came in with (what I thought was) a difficult situation, it was worked out just fine! And I'm loving the car I purchased there. I think Hyundai's are pretty good cars, and a new one will sell itself pretty well. So one of the most important things to a consumer choosing to buy from one Hyundai dealer over the other will probably be minor things. For me those things were - 1. the car I was given had almost no gas in it! Less than 1/4 tank. I just thought that was strange because I have never purchased a car where I did not receive a full tank of gas (or a complementary gas card) before I drove off the lot. But worse that that - to try to get some was challenging. The sales person realized the situation of the near empty gas and invited me back in a couple of days to get it ( I can't remember why I couldn't get it right then - I was there first thing in the morning and it wasn't busy...) Anyway I return, and he is too busy. Invites me to come back ANOTHER couple days later, which now puts me at having to go during my work day, which I wasn't able to do...the salesperson I dealt with said I could only get the gas from him, which made it harder because I, the customer, basically had to work around his hours instead of coming when it was easiest for me - Now hopefully my situation was really rare, but in case it wasn't - Coconut Creek Hyundai, please make changes! I just ended up filling the tank myself and moving on... 2. I left feeling like I did not get the best price I could've for the car I purchased. Okay, that's not a MINOR thing at all...if you say your going to give me a good deal, just give it to me. I actually went back to the dealership to talk to the finance guy again because after doing a little research I KNEW I was paying too much for the car. And okay, he did a little adjustment, still not enough, but I since I had already signed the paperwork, I appreciated that he made any changes at all. But I think I speak for every consumer when I say - if the only way I can NOT get ripped off is to put up a fuss with you over the price, why should I buy a car from you in the first place? I know negotiations is Car Buying 101 but since Coconut Creek Hyundai wants to be an exceptional dealership - be honest and competitive with your pricing! I would still recommend this dealership because - They really are concerned to know that they are serving their customers well, and I believe that my next buying experience with them would be even better. More

I received extraordinary Customer Service from Michael Colon and Erik Godston. In writing to their boss, Stan Anders, I knew I was not telling him something he didn't already know. But when great service and considerable professionalism, from both of these men come together, it bears repeating. I was anxious to explore the possibility of a buy out from a program undersigned by Stan Anders. When I called I was put through to a Michael Colon. Immediately he conveyed a can-do attitude, a willingness to listen and a promise to do his best...and was charming as well. When I met with him a few days later, he was all that and more. On top of his game, he went through the steps expeditiously and meticulously. I t was a thoroughly enjoyable, rewarding experience and I love my new car. So much so, that after speaking with my sister, she will be in this next week to do the same. Of course before turning the key, I had the pleasure of having all my paperwork handled by the ever capable, extremely polite and detail focused Erik Godston. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything in a personable and understandable way. These two extraordinary men helped put a best foot forward for this dealership.
