Duane/service mgr.was very quick and knowledgeable. The repair while not major was fixed early the day after we dropped off our 2016 Wrangler at 5 pm. This was a surprise as we have come to expect three to repair while not major was fixed early the day after we dropped off our 2016 Wrangler at 5 pm. This was a surprise as we have come to expect three to five days for any repairs above an oil change or service. On pickup, a salesman, met us at the front of the dealership and when I explained that we were there for service department business he insisted on taking us to the appropriate person. GREAT customer service. This will be our Jeep Dealer of choice in the future. More
